Understanding the Condition

About Blood Cancer

Blood cancers — encompassing leukaemias, lymphomas, and plasma cell disorders — require highly specialised expertise. At Dr. Manish Singhal's clinic, we offer comprehensive haematological oncology services including advanced diagnostics (flow cytometry, FISH, NGS), disease-specific chemotherapy protocols, CAR-T cell therapy coordination, and access to allogeneic stem cell transplant. Our personalised approach ensures that every patient receives the most appropriate risk-stratified therapy.

Prevention & Early Detection

Avoid prolonged exposure to benzene and industrial solvents
Minimise unnecessary radiation exposure
Prompt treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions
Genetic counselling for families with inherited haematological conditions
Regular blood counts if on immunosuppressive therapy
Vaccination against EBV and hepatitis B to reduce lymphoma risk
Blood Cancer Treatment

Our Treatment Approach

We begin with comprehensive haematopathology including bone marrow biopsy, flow cytometry, cytogenetics, and molecular testing. Treatment is risk-stratified: low-risk CLL may be observed, while high-risk disease receives ibrutinib or venetoclax-based regimens. DLBCL patients receive R-CHOP or dose-adjusted EPOCH. Multiple myeloma is managed with triplet induction followed by autologous transplant consolidation in eligible patients.
